Two types of Nevis Company
Nevis has two types of company.
One is IBC (International Business Company) based on Nevis Business Corporation Ordinance (1984).
Other is Limited Liability Companies (LLC), based on Nevis Limited Liability Company Ordinance (1995).
Both IBC or LLC can be incorporated.
Minimum Capital of a Nevis Company
The minimum authorized capital of a Nevis Company is US $50,000. Higher capitals can be accommodated with an increased business license fee.
Note that authorized capital is not the same as paid-up capital. You are not required to prepare this amount.
Capital amount can be increased with the corresponding license fee determined by the rate of increase.

All government fees for the first year are already included in the aforementioned requirements. Subsequent years will call for an annual payment of a maintenance fee amounting to 1499.00 EUR (inclusive of government fees and renewal procedure fees).
Time for Incorporation
Incorporation only takes two work weeks. Corporate documents will be delivered by courier one week after obtaining the Notary Public Certificate and Apostille.
