Merits of a Nevis Company

Two types of Nevis Company

Nevis has two types of company.

One is IBC (International Business Company) based on Nevis Business Corporation Ordinance (1984).
Other is Limited Liability Companies (LLC), based on Nevis Limited Liability Company Ordinance (1995).
Both IBC or LLC can be incorporated.

Minimum Capital of a Nevis Company

The minimum authorized capital of a Nevis Company is US $50,000. Higher capitals can be accommodated with an increased business license fee.
Note that authorized capital is not the same as paid-up capital. You are not required to prepare this amount.
Capital amount can be increased with the corresponding license fee determined by the rate of increase.
